Purchase any goods or services that you are prohibited from possessing or purchasing by any

fees would cause Prime Time Loyalty LLC. to violate any law.
You acknowledge and agree that Prime Time Loyalty LLC. and its designees shall have the
right (but not the obligation), in their sole discretion, to refuse publication, remove, or block
access to any Content that is available via the Products and Services at any given time, for any
reason, or for no reason at all, with or without notice. Without limitation, Prime Time Loyalty
LLC. and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation), at their sole discretion, to
refuse publishing, remove, or block access to any Content that violates the Terms and

Free Members:

guidelines posted on the Site and accepting our Terms of Use. Paid Members enjoy additional

After your Registration has been completed and receiving approval of your Profile, you may
become a Paid Member by paying a membership fee as stipulated. Paid Members have broader
access to, and enjoy more flexible use of, our Site. You agree to allow Prime Time Loyalty LLC.
to bill you monthly every 30 calendar days according to the Paid Member plan that you select.
We only receive payments via electronic payment. You acknowledge and agree that electronic
payments are handled through a third party vendor, and any billing information you provide to
Prime Time Loyalty LLC. may be sent by Prime Time Loyalty LLC. to that third party vendor.
Any billing information sent by Prime Time Loyalty LLC. to a third party vendor is intended solely
to allow the third party vendor to process the payment. Any personal information that we may
collect when processing payments that you make in connection with your use of the Site will be

must first send by certified mail notice of the dispute and intention to arbitrate (“Notice of
Dispute”) to the other party. The Notice of Dispute must include the relief sought and a
description of the nature of the claim. You should send the Notice of Dispute to Prime Time

NJ 08094. Prime Time Loyalty LLC. will send any Notice of Dispute to you at the address
associated with your account. If you and Prime Time Loyalty LLC. cannot resolve the claim
described in the Notice of Dispute within sixty (60) days after the notice is sent, either party may
initiate arbitration proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Jersey, and New
Jersey law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in
any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any dispute shall be determined on an individual basis,
shall be considered unique as to its facts, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration or
other proceeding with any claim or controversy of any other party. Either party may elect to have
the arbitration conducted by telephone if the value of the relief sought is ,000 or less or based
solely on written submissions. Subject to the discretion of the arbitrator to require an in-person
hearing under warranting circumstances, if either party elects Written Submission Arbitration,

such election shall be binding on both parties. Both parties may attend by telephone if an in-

after you create an account. For the Opt-Out Notice to be effective, (i) you must provide your
name, phone number, address, and email address on the Opt-Out Notice, and (ii) you must sign
the Opt-Out Notice. The only way you can opt-out of this Agreement to Arbitrate is to provide an
Opt-Out Notice, conforming with the procedures outlined in this section. Opting-out of this
Agreement to Arbitrate does not affect the application of any other part or section of these
Terms.

Terms and Conditions has authority to enter into agreements of any kind on behalf of the other
and neither party shall be considered the agent of the other.

HAS ANY RIGHTS IN THE IDEA AND/OR MATERIALS AND THAT Prime Time Loyalty LLC. IS
FREE TO USE THE MATERIALS AND IMPLEMENT THE IDEA IF IT SO DESIRES, AS
PROVIDED OR AS MODIFIED BY Prime Time Loyalty LLC., WITHOUT OBTAINING
PERMISSION OR LICENSE FROM ANY THIRD PARTY.

Naughtyswingers.xyz is subject to applicable laws and regulations of the United States
pertaining to export controls. By using such software or related documentation or technical
information, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or under the control of, or a
national or resident of any embargoed country or any country on the Canadian or U.S.
Department of Commerce’s Table of Denial Orders. You agree not to export or re-export such
software or related documentation or technical information directly or indirectly to any countries
